Spain's minute of silence for COVID-19 victims observed in Madrid

President of the Autonomous Community of Madrid, Isabel Diaz Ayuso, takes part in a national minute of silence for COVID-19 victims. Lockdown measures have been eased in the country's two biggest cities, Madrid and Barcelona, where people can now meet in groups of up to 10 in their homes and in parks or on the terraces of bars and restaurants.
