Biker tribute in Washington leading up to Memorial Day

Description

Washington, May 24 (EFE / EPA) .- The traditional biker parade in support of army veterans, which coincides each year with the weekend before Memorial Day in the United States, held on Sunday a special edition called "Rolling to Remember".The public call was officially canceled due to the coronavirus pandemic, but the event's organizing body, AMVETS, called for bikers to join the cause with a 22-mile ride in local communities around the US.The 22 miles are in represetnation of the 22 veterans that commit suicide every day on average ; a social issue for which they demand "real solutions" from Congress.(Camera: EDQIN RAMIREZ) FOOTAGE SHOWS THE ROLLING TO REMEMBER EVENT IN WASHINGTON, US.
