Students in Amritsar stage protest against Prime Minister Narendra Modi

Amritsar, Sep 17 (EFE/EPA).- Activists of Punjab National Students' Union of India (NSUI) on Thursday held a protest against Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, while selling vegetables to commuters and polishing shoes, in Amritsar, in northern India's state of Punjab. Protesters alleged that the Modi government has left many young people jobless and selling tea, vegetables and Pakoda snacks is the only option left for them.
