Everard’s alleged murder has sparked an outpouring of grief in the United Kingdom and prompted fresh debate on women’s safety. Her body was later found in a woodland in Kent. Berlin, Oct 19 (EFE/EPA).- (Camera: Clemens Bilan) Candles, messages and floral tributes were placed on Monday at the site of a vigil to pay respect to beheaded French teacher Samuel Paty in front of the French embassy, near the landmark Brandenburg Gate in Berlin. French school teacher Samuel Paty on 16 October was decapitated in Paris, France, by 18-year-old attacker named Abdoulakh Anzorov who was shot dead by police.
