US Justice seeks to dismiss rape defamation lawsuit against Trump

New York, Oct 21 (EFE/EPA).- The United States Department of Justice is trying to have the rape defamation lawsuit against President Donald Trump dismissed, saying that in its opinion the president acted in his official capacity in order to protect the administration, and that he could not be sued personally for defamation.
