The new Mercedes-Benz C-Class (2018) is the most successful model series from Mercedes-Benz and boasts a wealth of enhancements. The design of the exterior and interior benefits from a stylish makeover. The electronic architecture of the new C-Class (2018) is completely new. Options include a fully digital instrument display and multimedia systems featuring customised information and music offerings. The interior benefits from an optional fully digital cockpit with unmistakable AMG displays and the new generation of AMG steering wheels. The 3.0-litre V6 biturbo engine now delivers 287 kW (390 hp). Together with the AMG SPEEDSHIFT TCT 9G transmission and rear-biased AMG Performance 4Matic all-wheel drive, the engine combines agile driving dynamics with comfort on long journeys.

The successor to the premium coupé first unveiled in 2013 boasts an innovative interior with the next evolution of the MBUX, which now recognises control commands through movements. Also new is the ENERGIZING COACH familiar from the B-Class. This service, based on an intelligent algorithm, suggests one of the programmes from the ENERGIZING package according to the situation and individual needs. Its extensively facelifted exterior ensures the new CLA Coupé remains the design icon of the compact segment. Its distinctive forward-angled front end with its long, taut hood and power domes is particularly striking, while the wider track emphasises the sporty and dynamic look.
"The new-look Mercedes-Benz C-Class combines emotionality with intelligence. The vehicle's appearance is defined in particular by its front and tail end and the design of the headlamps and tail lights. The front design exudes sportiness and lifestyle at first glance. Powerful styling elements such as the new bumper and the standard-fit diamond radiator grille lend the two-door C-Class models an individual character. The standard-fit LED High Performance headlamps are now standard and in their new design they have an especially distinctive appearance. For the first time in this model series, MULTIBEAM LED headlamps with ULTRA RANGE high beam are additionally available (see below for details). Due to the autonomous design with the dynamic details and standard-fit two-pipe exhaust system (petrol engines) the rear view appears broad and agile. A particular highlight both day and night are the revised, more accentuated all-LED rear lamps. The sporty design features are heightened with the AMG Line. For example, the AMG Line exterior includes the diamond radiator grille with pins in chrome plus an AMG-specific front apron with new geometry, sporty air intakes and its chromed trim element. The exterior with the Night Package, available for the cabriolet for the first time, sports an even more athletic look with its black design features. These include the black trim elements in the AMG front apron and the AMG rear apron plus exterior mirror housings painted in high-gloss black. A particular highlight both day and night are the redesigned, more accentuated all-LED rear lamps. The colour spectrum has been broadened with the AMG Line. New colours are mojave silver metallic and - exclusively for the coupé and cabriolet - graphite grey."

More than 400 invited guests witnessed the world premiere of the SUV trendsetter at the brand’s “Meet Mercedes” event. As in previous years, the Hotel Molitor, with its Art Deco design and street-art elements, provided the perfect setting for the popular event format. Besides a best-in-class cd figure of 0.29, the GLE also offers a compelling new operating concept, innovative driver assistance systems, a new engine line-up and considerably more space. The new Mercedes-Benz GLE is packed with innovations. One world first is the 48-volt E-ACTIVE BODY CONTROL active suspension, while the driver assistance systems go one step further with Active Tailback Assist. The interior is even bigger and more comfortable, with an optional third row of seats. The infotainment system comes with bigger screens, a full-colour head-up display with a resolution of 720 x 240 pixels and MBUX interior assist, which can recognise hand and arm movements for convenient operation. The exterior design exudes not only presence and strength but also sets a new aerodynamics best-in-class in the SUV segment.
A fascinating design, safety features at a very high level, maximum cost-effectiveness, customer and sector-oriented details and a connectivity package that takes infotainment systems and telematics applications into a new era: in every sub-discipline, the third generation of the Sprinter defines the top class in the large van segment.
