Nablus (West Bank), Oct 26 (EFE / EPA) .- (Camera: Alaa Badarneh) The olive harvest season in the West Bank began on October 15 and will last for a month. According to figures released by the United Nations, some 80,000 Palestinian families obtain their income from growing olives on plantations that occupy about 48 per cent of agricultural land in the West Bank and the Gaza Strip.
