African leaders meet in Congo to lay groundwork for Libya peace talks


Three African presidents, the chairman of the African Union Commission and representatives of the United Nations and the Algerian and Egyptian governments meet in Oyo, north of the Rpublic of Congo, to pave the way for future dialogue between warring factions in Libya. IMAGES
