Banksy's "rat" stencil, stolen from near the Centre Pompidou in September, is back on display in Paris - albeit in a reproduced form. "In street art, there are only reproductions because often the originals are made at night, vandalized the next day or ripped off," explains Hazis Vardar, manager of a street art exhibition at the Espace Lafayette-Drouot.
