Buenos Aires, Apr 13 (EFE).- A statue of Mafalda, Argentina's favorite cartoon character, have donned a face mask as part of a campaign by Buenos Aires City Hall to raise awareness of its use to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus.     A statue and mural depicting Argentinian football legend Diego Armando Maradona were unveiled in the La Paternal neighborhood of Buenos Aires, in occasion of his 58th birthday. The statue, by artist Jorge Martinez, stands 2.8 metres high (9ft) while the 11-metre (36,1ft) mural was created by the artist, Pablo Cano. The initiative focuses on the importance of the football idol for La Paternal.
