Buenos Aires, Apr 14 (EFE), (Camera: Alberto Caratozzolo).- Teachers from schools in Buenos Aires protested this wednesday to demand the end of face-to-face classes due to the increase in contagion of coronavirus in recent weeks.
A statue and mural depicting Argentinian football legend Diego Armando Maradona were unveiled in the La Paternal neighborhood of Buenos Aires, in occasion of his 58th birthday. The statue, by artist Jorge Martinez, stands 2.8 metres high (9ft) while the 11-metre (36,1ft) mural was created by the artist, Pablo Cano. The initiative focuses on the importance of the football idol for La Paternal.
