Dallas Police Chief Officer David Brown gave a press conference, Monday, at which he explained the guidance he gave to use a bomb robot to kill the man who is believed to have killed at least five police officers. Rounds ripped through downtown Dallas, last Thursday, killing five police officers and wounding at least seven more.
