'I can't breathe' billboard goes up in London

Description

Black Lives Matter protesters in London unveil a billboard reading 'I can't breathe', the last words of George Floyd and Eric Garner who were both killed by police while being arrested. The billboard's letters are made up of 3,000 names which they say are of 'people who have died from state and racist violence'. IMAGES
