Makati, Dec 4 (EFE/EPA).- The well-known Philippine journalist Maria Ressa on Friday attended an arraignment hearing on her second cyber-defamation case filed by businessman Wilfredo Keng. Keng filed a case against Ressa over a tweet she posted on February 16, 2019. The journalist was already convicted of cyber-defamation in June following a lawsuit also filed by Keng in 2017 due to an article published by Rappler in May 2012, in which the businessman was linked to drug trafficking and human trafficking allegations based on an intelligence report.
