Malabon City, Jun 18 (EFE/EPA).- The Malabon City local government in the Philippines has collaborated with the European Civil Protection and Humanitarian Aid Operations, the Czech Humanitarian Aid and other organizations to convert an ampitheater into a quarantine facility as the city continues to address the coronavirus pandemic.
