Bangkok, Jun 9 (EFE/EPA) .-Missing-person posters featuring a photograph of Thai anti-government activist Wanchalearm Satsaksit were posted along roadsides across Bangkok as a form of protests over his mysterious abduction and disappearance in Cambodia. Self-imposed exile Thai anti-government activist Wanchalearm went missing after his abduction by a group of men in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, an event which was reportedly captured on a security camera.Wanchalearm fled Thailand to Cambodia after the military coup in 2014 and was wanted on criminal charges for running a Facebook page critical Thai Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha.At least 8 activists have fallen victims to enforced disappearances since Prayut came to power in 2014, and the bodies of two of them were later found mutilated and with cement-filled stomach along a stretch of the Mekong River between Thailand and Laos.
