Several dozen demonstrators try to get on the stage where President Cyril Ramaphosa was to make his annual speech on the state of the country, they are intercepted by the security forces present there. Before that, the demonstrators disrupted the ceremony and asked for the resignation of the South African president, as well as the end of power cuts in the country.
