Pointe D'esny (Mauritius), Aug (EFE / EPA) .- (Camera: Pierre Dalais) Two tankers and several helicopters have been deployed to stop the oil spill from a ship stranded off the coast of the island of Mauritius, reported on Monday the Japanese company Nagashiki Shipping, owner of the ship. The bulk carrier MV Wakashio, with the Panamanian flag, has remained stranded on the east coast of Mauritius since July 25, although last Thursday the Mauritian Government confirmed that the ship had a breach and that it was spilling its fuel load into the sea, and already on Friday declared the "environmental state of emergency".DRONE FOOTAGE OF THE SHIP.
