Graduation ceremony in Vietnam held amid global pandemic

Hanoi, Aug 10 (EFE/EPA).- Students in Vietnam on Monday attended their graduation ceremony, complying with all the health measures recommended by health authorities to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus.So far, Vietnam has recorded 841 confirmed cases and 13 deaths from COVID-19.
