Minsk (Belarus), 12 Aug (EFE/EPA), (Camera: Tatiana Zenkovich).- Post-electoral protests continue in Belarus but are losing strength after the exile of the unified opposition candidate, Svetlana Tijanovskaya, and the harsh repression of demonstrations by the security forces. According to official sources, more than 6,000 people have been arrested in the last 72 hours, in addition to nearly 250 injured people who are being held in various medical centres around the country.FOOTAGE OF THE DETENTION CENTRE IN MINSK.
