Deadly clashes erupt between Palestinians and settlers in the village of Al-Mughayyir near West Bank's Ramallah after an Israeli 14-year-old boy went missing from Malachi ha-Shalom, an outpost near Ramallah. The United States says it would refuse visas for extremist Israeli settlers who attack Palestinians, stepping up pressure to curb a wave of violence in the West Bank during the Gaza war.
