[Reportage #ESS] Rendons-nous à présent du côté du Quartier Libre, une initiative du Collectif 4C Un lieu partagé non-commercial qui permet aux habitants du quartier de la Goutte d’Or de se retrouver et de développer un sentiment d’appartenance collective.
