Rescue teams continue working in Beirut

Beirut (Lebanon), Aug 7 (EFE/EPA), (Camera: Wael Hamzeh).- The Lebanese Ministry of Health on Friday raised the number of deaths to 149 as a result of the explosion that shook the port of Beirut on Tuesday, leaving more than 5,000 injured. The latest figure, provided by a spokesman for the ministry to EFE, adds 12 new fatalities to the previous assessment given on Thursday morning.
