Next up: masks and lockdowns Biden says he'll work closely with governors to organize mask mandates, tailored to hot spots of disease outbreaks. After that, it'll be mending fences. Biden plans to restore the authority of the CDC and rejoin the World Health Organization. Additionally, there will be more PPE for front-line and essential workers, free COVID-19 treatment and vaccines for all Americans, and 100,000 more contact tracers.
