On the 34th day of France's lockdown against the coronavirus, time in the Pantheon district of Paris seems to stand still. On a warm, spring day only the sound of a few walkers, joggers and the occasional vehicle break the silence. IMAGES
Joggers leave the Saint-Martin canal in Paris as all individual sporting activities are banned from 10 a.m to 7 p.m to keep people from bending anti-coronavirus lockdown measures. President Emmanuel Macron is expected to warn France its lockdown to combat the coronavirus must go on for several more weeks at least, while also outlining how the country will recover from the crisis.
