Bangkok, Mar 26 (EFE/EPA).-More than 350 provincial border checkpoints were put in place nationwide on Thursday in Thailand after Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha declared on Tuesday a State of Emergency in an attempt to curb the spread of coronavirus and COVID-19.Thailand confirmed 11 new cases on Thursday, bringing the total number of COVID-19 infections to 1045, according to a press conference by the Thai Ministry of Health.
