In his first official visit to the country, Zelensky went to the International Criminal Court, which has issued an arrest warrant for Russia's President Vladimir Putin over war crime charges. Journalists asked Boris Johnson if he would like to apologise for with some of the less diplomatic comments he has directed at world leaders over the years following his first press conference with US Secretary of State John Kerry on Tuesday. Johnson was appointed Foreign Secretary by Theresa May, in a government reshuffle following Brexit. Johnson fronted the leave campaign which has been criticised with making misleading claims over government spending and immigration.
