Children in cages: What drives Trump's family separation policy?

It's a land of immigrants whose leader seems to relish the outrage over his evermore radical border policy. Donald Trump to parlay the separation of migrant families and the keeping of small children in cages into broader immigration reform. Now, he appears to bending with an executive order expected. Many wonder though if the internment of those kids over a recent six-week period was precisely aimed to spark fury. We ask our panel about allegations of deliberate cruelty against Hispanics.

However, Mrs. Trump also broke the hospital's stated mask policy when she removed her mask to read a holiday book to children. While she arrived in the hospital's main atrium wearing a mask, she removed it when she took her seat in front of a tree. She did practice social distancing. However, the hospital's policy specifically requires all visitors to wear a mask.
