Chicago officials released footage Thursday of a deadly 2013 police shooting of a black teenager after a judge ordered the video to be made public. The video’s publication comes amidst calls for greater transparency in cases involving fatal police shootings.
Footage released by the Fresno police department on Wednesday show police officers fatally shooting an unarmed teenager after being pulled over at a Californian gas station. The incident reportedly took place on June 25 and was filmed on a police body-camera. According to the police department, the deceased man is a 19 year-old Dylan Noble. The video shows a round of shots fired at Noble, including those fired at the man after he collapsed on the ground.
