British inquiry points finger at Russian president for ex-KGB

Description

An inquiry led by senior British judge Robert Owen has found that former KGB bodyguard Andrei Lugovoy and another Russian, Dmitry Kovtun, carried out the killing of ex-KGB agent Alexander Litvinenko.
