Intimate photos of Mexican artist Frida Kahlo's belongings go on display in London, years after her posessions were locked away by her husband Diego Rivera in their Mexico City home following her death. Rough Cut. (No reporter narration)
The Dallas Museum of Art attempted to set a Guinness World Record on Thursday by gathering the largest group of people dressed as Frida Kahlo in one place. Each participant had to adhere to Guinness guidelines, including dressing in a knee-length flower-print dress, wearing a red or pink shawl in addition of having at least three flowers in his or her hair. The event was organised to commemorate the famous Mexican artist's 110th birthday. Guinness is expected to announce in few weeks if the DMA pulled off the record.

The build up to Dia de los Muertos, or the Day of the Dead, attracted thousands of revellers to Mexico City on Sunday for the annual Parade of the Catrinas. Thousands got their faces painted in the iconic Catrina style and paraded down Republic of Salvador Street in the nation's capital wearing all sorts of macabre but elegant costumes on Saturday.
