A federal judge has ruled 114,000 homeless students in New York City are to have their day in court. Business Insider reports a judge has allowed a class-action lawsuit to advance to expedite the roll-out of WiFi to homeless shelters across the city. The suit was filed when homeless students were unable to access the internet in homeless shelters during periods of remote learning this year. Business Insider reports the city provided students with iPads with unlimited cellular data, but many have had trouble getting proper cell service.
