Trump Shells Out Big Bucks for Super Tuesday Ads

Description

Donald Trump is doing some Super Tuesday spending. The GOP frontrunner reportedly is pouring more than $886,000 into television ads that will air in at least half-dozen states that will vote on March 1. A tracking firm confirmed to POLITICO on Thursday that the billionaire's campaign purchased ad buys in six states that will air through Tuesday. The real estate mogul is spending more than $200,000 in Georgia, with more than $170,000 going to the Atlanta market alone. He will also spend at least $200,000 in Texas, where he trailed Senator Ted Cruz in the latest Monmouth University poll on Thursday.
