World Trade Center hub 'Oculus' set to open

Description

Some love it, some hate it but Oculus, the focal point of the new World Trade Center Transportation Hub, will open to the public on Thursday ahead of the terminal itself which will be operational later this year. Jillian Kitchener reports.
