Three years after the 2013 Boston Marathon bombing that killed three and left more than 260 injured, Massachusetts Governor Charlie Baker and Boston Mayor Marty Walsh lay a wreath with survivors to mark the third-year anniversary. Rough Cut (no reporter narration).
