US President Barack Obama and Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton were the two keynote speakers at the 39th Annual Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute Gala, in Washington DC on Thursday, calling for Hispanic voters to cast their ballots for the Democratic ticket this November. The event is a nonpartisan gathering of Hispanic leaders to mark the Hispanic Heritage Month and conclude the three-day Public Policy Conference.
