Patients at a clinic run by the Boone County Health Department in West Virginia were supposed to receive Moderna's COVID-19 vaccine on Wednesday. But according to CNN, the 42 people were administered COVID-19 antibodies, instead. Officials said it was an isolated incident but didn't explain exactly how such a mix-up occurred. Fortunately, state and local health officials don't think they are at any risk of harm. The West Virginia National Guard issued a statement soon after, vowing to avoid such incidents in the future. One of the United States' greatest daredevils of the sky, Chuck Yeager died on Monday evening. He was 97. The Air Force test pilot made history as the first person to break the sound barrier, flying at 660 miles an hour on October 14th, 1947. Not content to stop there, Yeager went on to break other speed records, including flying a Bell X-1A rocket plane at 1,612 mph in 1953. However, Yeager became well-known to the general public only after Tom Wolfe's 'The Right Stuff' was published in 1979. According to Gizmodo, Ret. Brigadier General Chuck Yeager is survived by his wife, Victoria Yeager.
