Artist paints mural after Stockholm officials change zero tolerance policy on graffiti
Acapulco, Aug 28 (EFE).- Mexican city of Acapulco prepared Saturday to pay tribute to the upcoming International Day of the Disappeared with potraits of 50 missing people on the mural.
