Colombian govt: 'We don't know number of hostages of ELN'

Description

The head of Colombian government negotiators in the peace process with the ELN rebels said the government does not know the exact number of people kidnapped by the second-biggest guerrilla group of the country. President Juan Manuel Santos has said that the release of all hostages is an essential requirement to start the peace talks.
