U.S. Capitol Police say a male suspect in a shooting at the visitor's center is in surgery and that early indications suggest there was no reason to think the incident was more than a criminal act. Rough Cut (no reporter narration).
Police say the U.S. Capitol was locked down on Saturday after shots were fired nearby and a suspicious package was found. Police 'neutralized' the suspected shooter. Linda So reports.
