During a press conference in Jakarta, Indonesia, US Secretary of State Antony Blinken tells reporters that his Russian counterpart Sergei Lavrov offered only a "negative" vision as the two sat in the same room at Southeast Asian talks. The European Union and India agree to relaunch long-suspended trade talks in a move hailed by EU chief Charles Michel as "new important chapter" in ties.
