Asian Shares Rise On Fresh Trade Talks

SHANGHAI (Reuters) - Asian shares nudged higher on Friday as moves by the United States and China to resolve a bitter trade dispute and a sharp interest rate hike in crisis-hit Turkey supported global risk appetite.
