The 300-foot-high and 468-foot-long yacht has eight floors, includes an underwater observation room, and is worth an estimated $402 million. Russian billionaire Andrei Melnichenko, the owner of the unique sailing craft, faced a legal battle after Sailing Yacht A was seized last week when German shipbuilder Nobiskrug filed a claim against the vessel’s owners Valla Yachts Limited, a Bermuda-based company with which Melnichenko is seemingly connected.
