Turning a blind eye. Documents suggests France allowed Rwandan genocide suspects to flee.

Description

France 24 has obtained new documents about the 1994 genocide in Rwanda.They appear to show that there were disagreements between France's Elysee palace and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs about whether or not to arrest those responsible for the Rwandan genocide in 1994.
