Nigeria: preparations ongoing in Lagos ahead of poll opening

In Lagos, the largest city in Nigeria, preparation at a polling station is ongoing before people are allowed to cast their vote. Nigerians are turning out to vote for a new president after a week-long delay. The two frontrunners are incumbent President Muhammadu Buhari, 76, and former vice president Atiku Abubakar, 72.
