Based on the Cross and Urban trim levels, the 500X S-Design special edition explores an unusual stylistic dimension of the model that was entirely refreshed last September. A bold, sporty look characterises the latest edition which is packed with the trademark care for details and the focus on driving comfort that made the fortune of the Fiat model with the highest ability to attract customers from other automotive brands. The 500X is also the best-seller in its segment in Italy and one of the most popular in the category in Europe.To escape the daily grind and take on the city in total freedom, the 500 S-Design Cross special edition has a host of unique features picked to enhance its exterior style. For example, it has black roof bars, Myron treatment front skid plates, tinted rear windows, 17-inch alloy wheels, bronze-colour side moulding with the "X" logo in addition to mirror caps, grille and door and tailgate handles also with cool Myron finish.Available in Gelato White, Cinema Black or Moda Grey, the perfect colour for the new 500X S-Design is the Alpi Green matte livery. This colour that perfectly suits the Cross personality, sets off the new Full LED headlights, offered as standard equipment, that convey a more modern appearance to the front coherently with the style elements of the 500 family. Additionally, they ensure more powerful lighting, improve safety and visibility and five times more energy-efficient than traditional halogen lights. Importantly, they reduce eye fatigue, as a result of daylight-like illumination, and cover a wider vision area. At a speed of 90 km/h, obstacles are spotted up to four seconds - which corresponds to 100 metres - sooner than with the standard halogen units.

The automatic traffic sign recognition system in connection with the Speed Advisor allows drivers to avoid breaking the speed limit by adapting, with a simple click, the car's speed using information it read from road signs along the way, while Lane Assist standard is a departure warning system for use on motorways. For the launch of the New 500X, Fiat has made a delightful short movie lasting two and a half minutes, inspired by the cult film ""Back to the Future"", which consolidates the bond between the brand and the world of cinema, a relationship that culminated last year with the tribute video ""See you in the future"", created to celebrate the 500's 60th birthday of Fiat 500 and starring the Oscar-winner Adrien Brody. The new film is based on the concept of an exciting journey through time, in which a young couple start out in the Sixties on board a Fiat 600 of the period and are catapulted into the present at the wheel of the New 500X. The short movie ends with a special appearance by the American actor Christopher Lloyd, in the cameo role of a policeman giving a knowing wink, who ends the journey through time."

To achieve this goal, Fiat engineers carried out the equivalent of what a sports "athletic trainer" would have done, following a special "training programme" to increase the sporting prowess of the 500X. So, further significant and carefully focused tuning interventions on driving dynamics, steering precision and suspension have been carried out, making driving even more emotional. Simultaneously, various modifications towards more specifically sporting design elements, plus the new exclusive Red Seduction livery, have made the Fiat 500X Sport perfect for a young, dynamic customer attracted by a sporty style with a strong personality.
The 500X MY22 is now even more 500! Across the 500X line-up, the front has been revamped with the new “500” logo, with “FIAT” lettering as the new rear logo. Two design cues that make the 500X even more contemporary, a nod to the look and feel of the New 500.The 500X MY22 is available in the Cult, Club, Cross and Sport trim levels, and in two body variants: Hatchback and Dolcevita with a soft top.
