Putin’s Aurus Senat limo unveiled at Moscow Auto Expo for the first time!

The Aurus Senat presidential limousine and Senat sedan were showcased for the first time at the Moscow International Automobile Salon. The cars were developed by the NAMI (the Central Scientific Research Automobile and Automotive Engines Institute) as part of the Cortege [Kortezh] project and can be equipped with either a 4.4-litre V8 engine which generates 598hp or a 6.6-litre V12 which produces 830hp. According to the Ministry of Trade and Industry, the cars are expected to be offered for sale in 2019 at prices starting from 6-7 million roubles (€80,000 – €93,000, $95,000 - $111,000).
