U.S. Judge Approves Plan to Reunite Immigrant Families

Description

According to Reuters, a federal judge has approved a plan to reunite hundreds of families who have been separated by border officials after they entered the United States from Mexico. The plan that has been proposed by the U.S. government and immigrant rights advocates marks the second stage of federal efforts to reunite 2,551 children ages 5 to 17 with their parents.
