Japanese Prosecutors Plan To Arrest Carlos Ghosn On Fresh Charges

Description

Tokyo prosecutors plan to arrest Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi Alliance CEO Carlos Ghosn on a fresh claim of understating his income. The arrest could keep Ghosn in detention until the end of the year, says Reuters. Since November 19, Ghosn has been detained in Tokyo on suspicion of conspiring with former Nissan Representative Director Greg Kelly. His detention was extended on Friday by Tokyo authorities until the maximum December 10 deadline.
