The ex-leader of South Africa, Jacob Zuma, accuses the current president, Cyril Ramaphosa, of "corruption" saying that his conduct has been "inconsistent with the nature of that office and the constitution itself". SOUNDBITE

"From yesterday, there was a health issue with the President, but we thought that when he wakes up today, all will resolve and all of that, but as things stand right now, the doctor did not advise for him to be here." he says. South Africa's Acting Chief Justice Raymond Zondo hands over the first part of a report in a long-awaited probe into state corruption under former president Jacob Zuma to President Cyril Ramaphosa in a ceremony in Pretoria. The remaining two instalments will be handed over in February.
