Iranian Official Claims Missing Journalists Remains Were Dissolved In Acid

Description

According to a report by Newser, a Turkish official claims that he believes Jamal Khashoggi's body was dissolved in acid or some other chemical after it was allegedly mutilated. On Friday, Yasin Aktay, a ruling party advisor to Erdogan, said that 'there can be no other formula' to explain why the Saudi journalist's remains have not been found a month after his disappearance. He reportedly offered no proof of his claims. In a Washington Post op-ed, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, wrote, "As responsible members of the international community, we must reveal the identities of the puppet masters behind Khashoggi's killing and discover those in whom Saudi officials—still trying to cover up the murder—have placed their trust."
