Chinese man breaks Guinness 'highest vocal note' record with ear-splitting performance

Meet Xiao Lung Wang from China’s Zhuhai who set a new Guinness world record for the "highest vocal note by a male" with his sound of an E in the 8th octave which has an audio frequency of 5,243 hertz. Wang surpassed the previous record holder Australian vocal coach and musician Adam Lopez who in 2008 sang D8 or 4,435 hertz. In the footage, Wang appears to break his own Guinness record by reaching as high as F8 measured at 5634 hertz.
